The old tradition is that, once you exceed 1,000m above sea level in Tyrol, life becomes more informal and Austrians use the informal form of you, ‘du’... This applies to us too and rightly so at 1,250m! And also at the Farm Resort where we love children. So you can address Walter informally simply as ‘Farmer Walter’.

Your chalet or holiday apartment will be ready for you from 15.00. If you wish to arrive earlier than this, your children are welcome to explore the adventure playground and farm. When you arrive, please park your car in the car park by the entrance and check in at the new main building (without your luggage) where you will find the Restaurant Erbhofa and reception.

Please vacate your chalet or holiday apartment by 9.30. After that, you can say your goodbyes to the cows, hares and goats! A last-minute late check-out is possible and a supplement of €50 is payable to stay up to 12.00 and €100 up to 17.00.

Please note that no pets from outside can be brought onto the site because we are a farm and because of our many younger guests.

When you place the reservation, a deposit payment of 30% of the total cost is due for payment and is payable within one week of booking.

Cost-free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before the planned arrival date. After this, the following terms of cancellation apply:

• 40% of the total package price on cancellations made up to 1 month prior to the arrival date
• 70% of the total package price on cancellations made up to 1 week prior to the arrival date
• 90% of the total package price on cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the arrival date.

We love and live for the mountains and have put together some exciting excursion and tour tips for all ages. We recommend that you visit reception so we can find something to suit your requirements.

Every chalet is fitted with its own sports storage area incl. a shoe dryer. In the farmhouse, you can store and dry your sports equipment in the ski store. 

We have cots and high chairs available and can provide them free-of-charge. Please reserve them in advance. Thank you! 

Don’t worry - our bunk beds are fitted with bed guards or can be fitted with bed guards, if required. 

All bedrooms can be darkened with black-out curtains. 

At reception, you can purchase produce from our farm such as Gabi’s popular home-made yoghurt, eggs from our hens, fresh milk from "Kupfnerhof" and jams. Gabi also sources lots of great products from the region which you can take home to enjoy or consume in your chalet. What about some bath essence for your natural stone bathtub or fragrances for your sauna session? 

The Restaurant Erbhofa has disabled access both within and to the restaurant. The farm, farmhouse and chalets do not have disabled access. 

All of the buildings including all the stables and barns at the farm are non-smoking. Please smoke only on the terraces. 

You can use the washing machine and dryer at the farmhouse on payment of a small fee. 

In winter, snow chains may be required at all times, depending on the weather conditions. Please prepare for this in advance!

Free WiFi is available in the chalets, at the farmhouse and at the Restaurant Erbhofa.
